Terms of Service

By accessing and using GauntletScore (“the Service”), operated by Genstrata, Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

GauntletScore is an AI-powered adversarial verification platform that provides:

• Multi-agent adversarial analysis of documents and code
• Claim-by-claim verification against authoritative databases (CourtListener, eCFR, SEC EDGAR, PubMed)
• Computational math verification
• Cryptographically signed trust scores and certificates

Important: GauntletScore provides AI-assisted analysis for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or security advice. Always verify important claims independently.

To use GauntletScore, you must obtain an API key. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your API key and not share it with unauthorized parties
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your API key
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You agree not to:

• Submit illegal, harmful, or infringing content for analysis
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service for spam, phishing, or fraud
• Circumvent rate limiting or security measures
• Scrape, data mine, or extract data from the Service without permission
• Misrepresent Gauntlet Scores or certificates (e.g., displaying a score from a different document version)
• Forge, alter, or tamper with cryptographic certificates
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Your Content: You retain ownership of documents and code you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

Our Platform: GauntletScore and its original content, features, scoring algorithms, and functionality are owned by Genstrata, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

Scores and Certificates: Gauntlet Scores, transcripts, and certificates generated by the Service are provided to you for your use. You may publicly display scores and embed badges, provided you do not misrepresent them.

Submitted documents are processed in memory and are not stored after analysis is complete. We retain only the SHA-256 hash of your document (not the document itself), the analysis transcript, score, and certificate. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of verification results
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Detection of all errors, fabrications, or security threats

AI Limitations: While our multi-agent adversarial system significantly reduces errors, AI-generated analysis may still contain inaccuracies. A high Gauntlet Score does not guarantee a document is error-free. A low score does not guarantee a document is unreliable.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GENSTRATA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Decisions made based on Gauntlet Scores or verification results
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Cost of substitute services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Genstrata, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another
• Content you submit for analysis

Free Tier: 3 free credits, one-time. No credit card required.

Credit Packs: Additional analyses require credits, purchased in advance. Credits are non-refundable and do not expire.

Enterprise: Custom pricing is available for enterprise customers and Sovereign Edition deployments. Contact sales@genstrata.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your API access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will cease immediately
• Unused credits are forfeited
• Previously issued certificates remain valid and publicly verifiable

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Forsyth County, North Carolina.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
